City of Wiener Neustadt and Wiener Neustadt Holding GmbH; Follow-up Audit

In November 2017, the ACA carried out a follow-up audit of the City of Wiener Neustadt and the Wiener Neustadt Holding GmbH and assessed the implementation of the recommendations it had issued in the framework of its preceding audit of the City of Wiener Neustadt and the Wiener Neustadt Holding GmbH (volume Lower Austria 2015/10). The audited period essentially comprised the years 2014 to 2016. The ACA found that, of the 30 audited recommendations, the City of Wiener Neustadt and the Wiener Neustadt Holding GmbH had implemented 27 fully or partially. In its statement, the city referred to its budget consolidation programme 2015-2017.
